What are the objectives for the Level 3 Award in Facilitating Learning and Development Qualification?

The main objective of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to facilitate learning and development. Learners will acquire the knowledge and understanding of learning and development and be able to evidence that they can apply their knowledge and understanding by working in one of two contexts – either with groups of learners or with individual learners.

What are the pre-entry requirements for the Level 3 Award in Facilitating Learning and Development?

There are no entry requirements for enrolling to complete this qualification.  However learners must be working with learners in an organisational context in order to generate the required performance evidence to achieve the assessment criteria.
