Custom Certification for learners undertaking a new OD and Change Practitioner Programme

In Police and Crime prevention workforces throughout the country, organisational development (OD) is a key requirement moving forward as more dynamic teams and roles emerge from the ever-evolving approaches to crime prevention.

Our sister organisation, Skills for Justice have recently launched a new tailored OD programme for individuals working in HR, OD and Change management roles across Policing and within Crime Prevention and arms-length organisations.

We’re thrilled to be able to independently support the learning and development for individuals undertaking this 5-module programme, with a bespoke certificate to verify and accredit learning outcomes.

Our Custom Certification service is ideally suited to organisations like Skills for Justice, providing tailored training programmes that meet bespoke learning and development needs for the police and crime sector.

Throughout the new Skills for Justice programme, learners will gain valuable skills in understanding OD practice, measuring impact and influencing skills, using data and design interventions based on evidence, understanding the dynamics of power and politics in policing through an OD lens, and the required capabilities for good OD practice at an individual, team and organisational level in your role.

This exciting new programme is an interactive opportunity to deepen your understanding of organisational development and involves peer networking, over 5 sessions between May and August.

John Clark Head of Awards and Assurance Services said:

“We’re delighted to be supporting vital learning for our customers who may wish to book onto this valuable new programme by our sister organisation. It’s a pleasure to certificate those who will undertake this training and celebrate the importance of OD by providing all those who attend with an accredited certification to proudly demonstrate participation and a commitment to ongoing professional development in the OD arena.”

There is limited availability to book onto the OD and Change Practitioner programme by Skills for Justice, and this is exclusively for those in Policing, Crime Prevention, and arms-length organisations.
