The Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB) national awards and conference is back, celebrating the sectors’ achievements in the face of extreme adversity since the last event took place nearly 2 years ago.
As a proud Platinum Partner for FAB, we’re thrilled to be joining fellow Awarding Organisations, Learning and Development champions, sector specialists, and the deserving finalists and winners of the FAB Awards on the 11th and 12th of November, in Leicester.
Delegates will benefit from peer networking with vocational learning experts, Members of Parliament, Apprenticeship leads and Chief Executives from across the awarding sector, at a prestigious 2-day event with evening awards ceremony.
Candace Miller, Managing Director at SFJ Awards and Non-Executive Director at FAB will be chairing one of several seminars hosted during the conference, as well as attending the main stage to join a panel discussion with industry leaders from across the awarding body sector.
We’re thrilled that face-to-face events can take place safely after nearly 2 years of reduced networking opportunities and shared learning experiences. Secondly, we’re delighted to be able to support FAB in delivering a high-quality meaningful event for those delivering vital training and development and improving skills and competencies for the workforce.
In addition, the national event will be recognising the valuable efforts of organisations, individuals and teams who have adapted to significant changes and challenges to continue to learn, grow and develop.
The nine categories include Awarding Organisation of the year, End Point Assessment Organisation of the year (new for 2021), Qualification of the year, Collaboration of the year, Learner of the year, Individual of the year, Innovation of the year, Exporter of the year and Outstanding contribution to FE and Skills during the pandemic.
The Federation of Awarding Bodies is the collective voice of the UK’s world-class qualifications and assessments industry. Our members are committed to providing high-quality qualifications and assessments that recognise achievement, improve productivity, support social mobility, and change lives.
