SFJ Awards is part of the Skills for Justice Group. We use our sector knowledge and experience to develop our qualifications and you can be assured that they meet the requirements of the sector in which you are working or wish work in.
When we develop a qualification we ensure the following:
- consultation is carried out with employers, assessment Centres, providers of training and professional bodies to ensure the qualification meets your needs and the requirements of future employers
- wherever possible we base our qualifications on National Occupational Standards (NOS), therefore the qualification matches the job requirements
- development is carried out in conjunction with the Sector Skills Council which represents your profession, ensuring the needs of the wider workforce are taken into consideration
SFJ Awards’ Approved Centres will help you decide which qualification is right for you. They will then work with you to develop an action plan and provide ongoing support for you to achieve a qualification.
