SFJ Awards is part of The Workforce Development Trust, a not-for-profit organisation helping employers continually improve their workforce through increased productivity, improving learning solutions and helping to boost the skills for staff across a wide range of industries throughout the UK and internationally.

We live and breathe workforce development. From policing and security to fire and rescue, each member of the team is dedicated to improving lives and enhancing jobs.

Our passionate team go above and beyond to support the delivery of regulated qualifications, End-Point Assessments and custom certifications aligned to sector needs.
