SFJ Awards were proud to sponsor and attend the 2025 ‘Compass Celebration Evening’ last week, which was run by one of our approved centres Compass Skills Training.
The event took place at the University of Warwick, and was a fantastic evening celebrating the hard work, achievements and dedication of Compass’ community over the past year. The evening honoured Compass learners and graduates who have excelled in their courses.
SFJ Awards were proud to sponsor the Fire Safety Apprenticeship of the Year Award, celebrating the vital work of those keeping our communities safe. As champions of high-quality training and assessment in the protective services, we believe in recognising excellence in fire safety apprenticeships and this aligns perfectly with our mission to build and maintain professional standards within the public sector and community safety workforce.
In attendance from our team were David Higham, Managing Director, and Kit Salt, Head of Assessments. David said:

Both our attendees were honoured to partake in celebrating the success of those who were recognised and the people who provide vital access into the fire and rescue workforce.
