As the concerns of COVID-19 continue to escalate, we want to reassure you that as your Awarding Organisation, our commitment to you, our Centres and your learners, remains our highest priority.
Part of our contribution to easing the challenges being faced by Centres during these unprecedented times, and in order to allow us to offer the continuity of our services and support, we are making some changes to the way we operate our Certification.
With immediate effect, we will be issuing e-certificates for Regulated Qualifications and Accredited Learning Programmes and we are waiving our previous set up fees for this facility, for all centres. This makes our Certification process much safer and faster for all in the short term, as well as much more cost effective for Centres in the long term.
Our e-certificates are a fully authenticated PDF version of our award certificates, delivered directly to your screen and can be easily distributed to your learners via email or upload to e-portfolio systems.
E-certificates allow for faster processing of Certification claims, with no printing or posting costs involved. E- certificates can also help you process funding claims more quickly and are accepted as evidence by the Apprenticeships Certificates England (ACE) and Apprenticeships Certificates Wales (ACW).
How it works
SFJ Awards e-certificates can be downloaded directly from our Odyssey Online portal for you to forward onto learners. All e-certificates are secure and fully authenticated by a QR code, which can be scanned via a mobile phone or other mobile device for instant confirmation (please note, you will need to download a free QR code reader app). You can also enter the certificate number into the verification facility on our website to validate, just as you do with our paper certificates.
