What are the objectives for the Level 3 Certificate in Management Skills Qualification?
The main objective of this qualification is to provide the knowledge and skills required to undertake management roles such as section manager, first-line manager, assistant manager, trainee manager, or senior supervisor.
To achieve this qualification, learners must achieve a total of 28 credits, 7 credits from the mandatory units below and a minimum of 21 credits from the optional groups:
- Manage team performance
- Manage personal and professional development
