Brogan joined the team in January 2024 and is our Partnerships and Innovation Administrator. Product development is a huge part of what we do and it’s an area of our business that requires a lot of detailed administration work. Brogan provides crucial support and ensures that new developments run as smoothly as possible.
Brogan brought with her a wealth of experience through various administrative roles. Describing her previous experience, she said:
“Before moving into my current role, my background focused on coordinating continuous professional development and tracking compliance to ensure delivery teams maintained strict regulatory credentials. I then progressed into operational training administration, where I managed the systems, data, and qualification structures for high-stakes learning and development programmes from initial onboarding through to executive leadership development. This experience provided the solid foundation I needed to transition into my current position, where I now balance structured compliance tasks with cross-functional project coordination.”
Brogan provides administrative and project support to the whole of the Product and Innovation team. She shared a bit about her day-to-day role with us:
“My day-to-day workload balances structured compliance tasks with the flexibility required to coordinate concurrent projects and shifting priorities. Key responsibilities center on workflow coordination, data management, stakeholder communication, and continuous process optimisation.
The role relies heavily on cross-functional collaboration, working regularly with assessment teams, system administrators, and business development colleagues. The technical knowledge base within the product team is extensive, making it an incredibly strong environment for professional development and collaborative delivery.”
When asked what she likes about working for SFJ Awards, Brogan said:
“My favourite part about working at SFJ Awards is the people. The team is incredibly supportive, positive and always there to help you learn and grow. Collaboration is at the heart of the organisation, where everyone brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
The role consistently offers exposure to complex regulatory and commercial mechanisms – whether that means navigating the technicalities of the Ofqual General Conditions of Recognition or aligning workflows with business development pipelines.”
