What are the objectives for the Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development Qualification?
The Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development has been designed to meet the initial and continuing professional development needs of the learning and development practitioner. This qualification will develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of practitioners to plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and development. Practitioners will also develop the necessary knowledge and skills to implement assessment and quality assurance activities.
