This webinar shares valuable insights, hints and tips to ensure that all those involved in the end- point assessment are well prepared and can perform to the highest of standards. During this webinar you can also hear from Ashley Roberts, Apprenticeship Manager for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service who shared her experience of introducing and developing the Operational Firefighter and Contact Handler Standard to over 130 apprentices.
