SFJ Awards Level 6 Award in Advanced Representing of Police Federation Members in Serious Health and Safety Matters
These qualifications are aimed at experienced Police Federation representatives. The objective of the qualifications is to provide representatives with the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to function effectively and represent members in the workplace at an advanced level.
Each qualification consists of one mandatory unit:
Guided Learning: 60 hours
Total Qualification Time: 90 hours
Credit Value: 9
What are the pre-entry requirements for the Advanced Representation of Police Federation Members
To undertake these advanced awards, all learners must have:
- at least four years’ police experience
- at least two years’ membership of the Police Federation of England & Wales
- achieved the SFJ Awards Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members
Learners undertaking a specialist advanced Level 6 Award must also have completed the relevant Level 4 specialist qualification.
To undertake the SFJ Awards Level 6 Award in Advanced Representing of Police Federation Members in Serious Performance, Attendance and Conduct Matters, learners must have already achieved the SFJ Awards Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members on Performance, Attendance and Conduct.
To undertake the SFJ Awards Level 6 Award in Advanced Representing of Police Federation Members in Serious Equality and Diversity Matters, learners must have already achieved the SFJ Awards Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members on Equality and Diversity.
To undertake the SFJ Awards Level 6 Award in Advanced Representing of Police Federation Members in Serious Health and Safety Matters, learners must have already achieved the SFJ Awards Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members on Health and Safety Matters.
