What are the objectives for the Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety (Fire Inspectors) Qualification?
This qualification is aimed at experienced fire safety officers working in complex environments and situations. It covers reviewing fire protection systems and fire safety matters and assessing risks associated with fire.
What are the pre-entry requirements for the Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety (Fire Inspectors)?
There are no pre-entry requirements for enrolling to complete this qualification but the learner is likely to have significant experience in fire safety.
Those learners who have completed the Level 4 Certificate in Fire Safety (Fire Auditors) will not have to repeat units that they have previously achieved.
Qualification Withdrawal
This qualification is now being withdrawn. No further learners can be registered on the SFJ Awards Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety (Fire Inspectors) (600/8407/8) after 31 March 2027. All certifications of learners already registered on the qualification must be complete by 31 March 2029.
This qualification is being replaced by an updated version which will be available for registrations from 01 April 2027. You can find details of the new qualification here.
