In April Steve Batty, Awarding Organisation Manager for SFJ Awards, carried out another successful monitoring visit to one of our international centres where staff are being trained in security management and immigration control, including the detection of human trafficking, customer service and quality management principles. This is the 6th visit since their approval as a centre in 2014 to ensure our robust standards are being maintained. Visits are made annually, down from twice a year when they were first approved as a centre.
Following the visit, Steve commented: “I am very pleased with the progress they have made. So far over 200 students have successfully completed the programme. The quality of delivery is high and our stringent approval criteria are consistently met. I am looking forward to visiting again in about a year’s time.”
SFJ Awards is the only Awarding Organisation specialising in the justice and community safety sectors in the UK and overseas. We plan to expand our international market presence and regularly attend and exhibit at ICPA Conferences.
