At SFJ Awards, our customers are at the heart of what we do. To make sure we continue to deliver a high-quality service that supports your organisation, we’re pleased to share that our 2026 customer satisfaction survey is now open.
This survey is your opportunity to share what’s working well, what matters most to you, and where we can continue to improve. Your feedback plays a vital role in shaping how we develop our services, support our centres, and help strengthen workforces across the sectors we serve.
How your feedback leads to real change
Last year, many of you shared valuable feedback through our 2025 customer survey. We’ve taken that insight seriously and used it to make tangible improvements to how we support our centres.
As a result of your feedback, we:
- Reviewed our internal processes and staff training to ensure every customer receives a consistent level of service, no matter who they speak to or when they get in touch.
- Restructured our website to make it easier to navigate, helping you find the information you need more quickly.
- Consolidated our FAQs into one, easy-to-use page, ensuring information is consistent, up to date and accessible in one place.
These changes are just some examples of how your feedback directly shapes the way we work. The 2026 survey will help us continue building on this progress and focus on the improvements that matter most to you.
