Rocky Road Resilience is a UK-based training and advisory organisation founded by military and security veterans to equip individuals and teams operating in complex, fragile, and hostile environments.

We design and deliver practical, operationally grounded training – including our RiCE ecosystem of programmes, supporting journalists, humanitarian workers, NGO staff, corporate field teams, and security professionals. Our curriculum is built on real-world experience, academic rigour, and a no-jargon approach to risk and resilience. As an SFJ Awards Approved Centre, we are committed to delivering nationally recognised, quality-assured qualifications that meet the highest standards across the security and resilience sector.
