SFJ Awards will close for the Christmas/New Year break on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Our phone lines will be available until 12pm on this date. We will re-open on Friday 2 January 2025 at 9am.
Centres and End-Point Assessment (EPA) customers that offer exams please note:
The last date for paper exams before the Christmas break will be Monday 15 December 2025. We must receive the papers into the Sheffield office no later than Friday 19 December 2025. If you are not able to ensure that we will receive the papers before this date then please consider an alternative date for your last exams. This is to ensure that all papers are stored safely and securely over the Christmas break.
Please note the last posting dates for Royal Mail are as follows:
- 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48): 17 December
- 1st Class (Royal Mail 24): 20 December
- 24-hour tracked delivery: 21 December
- Special delivery service: 23 December
Please note that exam results are not guaranteed to be processed and released for exam papers received in the Sheffield office after the Monday 15 December 2025, so please manage your learners’ expectations and exam dates accordingly.
Centres who access our online exams platform:
For centres who access our online platform we can offer exams up to Sunday 21 December 2025, however as above we will not be able to guarantee release after the 15 December 2025.
Any exams can take place from Monday 5 January 2026. If you wish exams to take place on this date please make sure we receive booking assessment forms by Friday 19 December 2025. They can then be allocated for you to download the correct dates.
