SFJ Awards Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service

The main objective of this qualification is to enable learners to develop their skills in the workplace in customer service roles. The qualification provides the competence required by customer service professionals at this level.

What are the pre-entry requirements for the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service?

There are no pre-entry requirements for enrolling to complete this qualification.  Most learners progressing onto this qualification will have some prior experience in a customer service job role, although this is not a formal requirement. However, the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service is a competence-based qualification and learners should therefore be able to demonstrate their skills in the workplace.

Qualification Withdrawal

This qualification is being withdrawn and therefore no further learners can be registered after 31 March 2021. All certifications of learners already registered on the qualification must be complete by 31 March 2023.
