The Academy aims to provide a range of learning and development to support you through all stages of your career journey. Whether you are new to employment and seek an apprenticeship, you want to try out a new career or you simply want to move from good to great in your current role, we are able to offer a great range of learning experiences to meet your needs.

The Academy has a focus on care – care is a description that fits early years, education, special educational needs, early help, disability support, transitional support, youth support, care homes and adult care. Our learning offer extends from Level 2 to Level 5 with opportunities to step on and off along the way.

Having recently achieved an Ofsted grading of ‘Good’, The Academy are proven to be a progressive, reflective team, with Ofsted commenting they were “genuinely impressed with the commitment of staff and enthusiasm for taking on advice and making improvements to the delivery”. Ofsted also commented positively on how learners draw on real-life experiences to link theory to their workplace practice.
