The main objective of these qualifications is to support the professionalisation of the Police Representative’s role. The qualifications reflect the skills, knowledge and understanding that Police Representatives require to undertake their role in advising and representing members.

What are the pre-entry requirements for the Level 4 Representing and Advising Police Federation Members?

There are no pre-entry requirements for enrolling to complete the Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members.

Learners who wish to enrol on the Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members on Performance, Attendance and Conduct, the Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members on Equality and Diversity and/or the Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members on Health and Safety Matters must have already achieved the Level 4 Award in Representing and Advising Police Federation Members.
