SFJ Awards was established at the request of the employers within the Justice, Community Safety, Legal and Armed Services sectors. We use our sector knowledge to provide qualifications through a cost-effective and customer focused service.
Qualifications quality assure an employee’s knowledge and competence. In achieving a qualification, candidates will have gone through a rigorous assessment process to prove that they have achieved the level of knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their job effectively, efficiently and safely. Therefore employers can be confident in their employees’ ability to deliver the product or service their job requires.
SFJ Awards offer a range of qualifications to the Justice, Community Safety, Legal and Armed Services sectors that include specialist qualifications for a particular role and also generic qualifications in Management, Teaching, Training, Business Administration and Customer Service.
Many employers, colleges, universities and training providers deliver high quality training where there is no external recognition of the course or the Learners achievements. In this case, a Customised Award may be the answer. Our customised awards scheme ALP – Accrediting Learning Professionally has been designed to support organisations who devise their own high quality learning programmes.
