SFJ Awards has been approved by the Education & Skills Funding Agency to deliver End Point Assessment for the Public Service Operational Delivery Officer apprenticeship standard with other applications in the pipeline. Competence based qualifications allow great flexibility, allowing centres to choose their own suitable methods to assess learners. We are all steeped in the importance of formative and summative internal quality assurance checks, but pre-delivery internal quality assurance checks are a vital stage in planning and preparation for delivery.
