Symposium: Delivering Operation Uplift – Challenges and Implications

As part of the Sharing Best Practice Series, we are delighted to be hosting the next symposium in November, focusing on the challenges and implications the policing sector may face in light of the recent news that the government will be backing the recruitment of 20,000 new police officers and that plans should start ‘within weeks’. This new event, the first of it’s kind in our Sharing Best Practice series, is tailored for those responsible for delivering Operational Uplift in their force, including Learning and Development, HR and Workforce professionals to learn and share knowledge on the practical implications and possible opportunities this could bring, to benefit the police service throughout England and Wales.

We are thrilled to be hosting this event in partnership with Enlighten Training and Consultancy, and we are inviting a variety of guest speakers to provide insight into what the news really means, what’s achievable and how can we work together to make a success of this new recruitment drive.
