The results of our annual customer survey are in and the response has been very positive. Firstly we’d like to extend our thanks to everyone who completed the survey, we know you are all busy people so to make time in your schedules means a lot to us.
Our Centres overwhelmingly expressed satisfaction with the service and support they receive from SFJ Awards with the vast majority choosing us over other AOs for our sector knowledge, range of qualifications on offer and value for money. Almost a third of centres joining us during 2015 chose SFJ Awards on recommendation from colleagues or associates
All of those who responded said they would recommend us to another organization. In fact, SFJ Awards have seen strong customer satisfaction ratings in all the key areas surveyed.

As a learning organisation with a commitment to continuous improvements we believe all feedback is a gift and presents us with an opportunity to build on our success and recognise where we might want to do things differently in the future.
As a result of your feedback we have implemented or will be implementing a number of changes or improvements, including:
A comprehensive review of our Odyssey learner management system
A new e-assessment platform in development for rollout toward the end of 2016
A review of the Accrediting Learning Professionally programme
A series of standardisation events to be held throughout September 2016
Reviews of the L3 Diploma in Probation Practice and the Incident Command suite of qualifications
