The results of our annual customer survey are in and the response has been very positive. Firstly we’d like to extend our thanks to everyone who completed the survey, we know you are all busy people so to make time in your schedules means a lot to us.
Feedback has revealed that 97 percent of our centres are happy with the service they have received from SFJ Awards and would recommend us to another organisation.
Centres overwhelmingly expressed satisfaction with the service and support they receive from SFJ Awards with the vast majority choosing us over other AOs for our sector knowledge, range of qualifications on offer and value for money.
Seventy-six percent of centres have developed qualifications with us and again the great majority found this a positive and rewarding experience.
As an organisation with a commitment to continuous improvements we believe all feedback is a gift and presents us with an opportunity to build on our success and recognise where we might want to do things differently in the future.
As a result of your feedback we will be implementing a number of changes, including:
- Online Centre application submission and tracking to provide real-time updates on progress
- Introducing an additional qualification request form with a checklist of required evidence and accompanying “How to” guide so that you can rest assured your request will be resolved efficiently and speedily
- Minor alterations to our Odyssey learner management system “qualification registration” page to clarify optional units can be added at a later date using the “Edit” function.
- A review of the Accrediting Learning Professionally programme
