New qualifications added to roster

Fifteen new qualifications have been added to the SFJ Awards roster, focusing on a range of different subject areas from custodial care to fire and rescue.

The new qualifications on offer range from Level 2 to Level 6, with many exclusive to SFJ Awards.

The new qualifications:

  • Level 2 Certificate for Court Ushers (QCF)
  • Level 2 Diploma in Public Services Operational Delivery (QCF)
  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF)
  • Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading (QCF)
  • Level 3 Award in Dealing with Consumer Debtors in Financial Hardship (QCF)
  • Level 3 Award in Dealing with Particularly Vulnerable Consumer Debtors (QCF)
  • Level 3 Award for ICT in Early Years’ Settings (QCF)
  • Level 3 Award in Application and Theory of Positive Pressure Ventilation Training (QCF)
  • Level 4 Award for Use of Force Unit Commanders (QCF)
  • Level 4 Certificate in Use of Force Instruction (QCF)
  • Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management
  • Level 5 Award in Applying Social Justice Values, Attitudes and Behaviours to Professional Practice (QCF)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Early Intervention and Family Support (QCF)
  • Level 5 Award for ICT in Early Years’ Settings (QCF)
  • Level 6 Diploma in Early Intervention and Family Support Supervision (QCF)
