Fantastic feedback for SFJ Awards

One hundred per cent of SFJ Awards’ approved centres would recommend the organisation, according to new figures.

Feedback from the latest SFJ Awards customer survey has revealed that every one of its approved centres is happy with the service given and would recommend it to other providers.

Centres were also impressed by the ‘professional’, ‘knowledgeable’ and ‘friendly’ staff, and the vast majority chose SFJ Awards because of their sector knowledge.

Some 70% of the approved centres have also developed new qualifications with the organisation.

SFJ Awards Managing Director Adrian Jackson said: “The feedback from our latest customer survey has been fantastic. We’re delighted that the values upon which we base our business are being reflected in the experience of our Centres of SFJ Awards, however, we are always looking to improve and we won’t rest on our laurels. We’re always working hard to deliver a first-class service to our customers.

“We actively listen to our customers and are acting on their feedback, including working to further improve our Odyssey learning registration system to enable bulk uploading as well as streamlining our centre approval processes and enhancing customer response times by growing our team.”
